Dr.Phil & Last Man Standing

When going to Dr. Phil it was cool to be able to see all the cameramen moving around. The one cameraman I thought was interesting was the steadicam person. The steadicam seemed like such a difficult job. It seemed difficult just because of how heavy it is. There is one person holding the camera and another person behind them dragging the cord. He also had to be fast on his feet. I also liked seeing how they would do a lot of close ups on the people in the show.
After, Dr.Phil we had time to kill before last man standing so we stopped and got food and got to see the Hollywood walk of fame. Hollywood is definitely an interesting place. It’s not what people think of it as. I thought it was more interesting. I got Shake Shack and then when and walked around Hollywood boulevard.
When watching Last Man Standing I enjoyed how they didn’t close the curtains when moving to a different scene of the show. It was interesting to see how they’d move across the stage and multiple people would be helping pushing cameras, as well as chairs and anything else needed for the scene. It was cool to finally see how they would move everything so fast and get set up fast. I thought Last Man Standing was interestingly done because they do the show very fast, but still got all the shots they needed only doing a couple of takes.
